Monday: Vegetarian Tempeh Sandwiches

Our go-to for an uncomplicated dinner? A sandwich! This meatless version of a BLT takes tempeh that’s been marinated in soy sauce, maple syrup and vinegar, and then grilled. Load it up between two pieces of bread with tomato, lettuce, avocado and mayo, and you’ve got a no-fail suppertime sammie.

Tuesday: Grilled Chicken Cutlets, Radishes and Green Beans with Tarragon Sauce

These chicken cutlets are grilled to perfection and then coated in wonderfully creamy tarragon sauce. Paired with a side of grilled radishes and green beans, we’re not kidding when we say it’s the perfect summertime meal.

Wednesday: Steaks with Grilled Corn and Cilantro

If you’re looking for a tasty dinner idea, this recipe sets the bar when it comes to simple and delicious warm weather dishes. Perfectly cooked steak along with a bright corn and cilantro topping? You won’t be able to resist it!

Thursday: Fish Taco Bowls

It’s hard to resist these colourful and flavourful bowls. The whole family will enjoy this dish featuring tender fish and cilantro rice. Load up each bowl with red cabbage, beans, mango slices and lime wedges, and don’t forget a lightly spiced sour cream. 

Friday: Warm Couscous Salad with Green Beans and Merguez Skewers

Summer isn’t summer without skewers! Ring in the warm season with this platter of merguez, couscous and bright veggies, and be sure to enjoy it al fresco.
