Ingredients
7 cups (1.75 litres) water
1 navel orange, cut into thin wedges
1/2 cup (125 ml) fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
Preparation
Pour the water in a beautiful glass jug and add the fruit and ginger. Clean the fruit and ginger before adding them to the water. Refrigerate overnight, then drink within 24 hours. After that time, the aromatics might release too much flavour.
Note from Ricardo
Do not squeeze the citrus, you would add too much of their flavour to the water.
